Querying Transactions

Querying Transactions allows you to search for a transaction by any combination of the following fields:

• Range of batch numbers
• Check #
• Check Amount
• DDA/Bank Account
• Account number of customer
• Client's name

To query transactions:

1. Login to the check scanning system if you are not already logged in. The Batches window will open, showing any open batches.
2. Click the Batch History tab.

3. Click Query Transactions. The Query Transactions window will open:

   

4. Utilize any of the filter fields in order to query the information you are looking for. Then click Find Transactions.

   If you click Find Transactions without filling in any fields, you will see a list of ALL transactions. If you fill in a range of batch numbers, you will only see a list of all batches that fall within that range. Utilize the filter fields as necessary.

5. After you click Find Transactions, a list of transactions that meet the criteria will be listed.

   

6. Double click or click View Transaction on the transaction containing the details you would like to view. The details of the transaction will open.
